How do I become a member?
Click "Member Center" in the top-right corner, then "Register", and fill in your basic details. Registering through a friend's referral link also earns you store credit.
How do membership tiers upgrade?
Tiers upgrade automatically based on cumulative spending: NT$2,800 for 2-Star VIP (8% off), NT$6,800 for 3-Star VIP (15% off), NT$16,800 for 4-Star VIP (25% off). Each tier is valid for 12 months; you must meet the annual maintenance spend to keep your tier, or you will be downgraded by one level.
How can I use store credit?
Store credit can be applied in full or in part to offset your order total at checkout. You may also redeem it for cash (at a 0.9x exchange rate, subject to review).
How is shipping calculated?
Free shipping on Taiwan main island orders over NT$5,000. Outlying islands, Malaysia, and Singapore are calculated per the applicable shipping zone rate.
How do I become a dealer?
